Note - Austria's pre-selection was won by Duett with 'Das Beste', composed by Günther Gebauer and Peter Risavy, but the song was disqualified when it turned out to have competed in the German Eurovision heats two years previously. Thereupon, the runner-up of the national final, 'Keine Mauern mehr', became Austria's entry by default. 'Das Beste' is added at the bottom of the results' list below as a withdrawn entry.
